At the time when my grandmother was admitted into the facility there was quite the waiting list as many people know how great this facility is. It is not only a nice facility, but the staff is great as well. They helped my grandmother out quite a bit while she stayed here and were always ready to great myself and the rest of the family anytime we came to visit. On one such occasion we brought a few of the great grandchildren to visit. They let use one of the downstairs "party" rooms to all gather and play. We used this area just as though we were at grandmas home.
They could improve on cleanliness and the staff. They get nurses from other agencies and those were good. Sometimes they’re better than their own nurses. Some of them need to improve on their bedside manner. Their physical therapy staff was a 5, though.

I know that if we have a serious problem, we always know who to go to. My mother loved their food because she goes back for seconds. If they have, she will go and they will give her some more. One day she cleaned up her plate so I would say the food is really good. My wife was at Golden Livingcenter – Indianapolis.
The activities are great a frequent and have a lot of variety too. My grandmother's favorite is the magician that comes in once a month. Regency Place also takes residents that are able out on field trips. They have been to museums, out to eat and frequent the local mall. The only real criticism I have is that the food could be better. Therapy did a great job helping him to get his strength back. My husband and I would like to thank all the staff in rehab for all your kindness to him during his stay. You are all marvelous and can give yourselves a big pat on the back.
Do yourselta favor and keep your family away from here.... Family member had a tracheotomy that was not changed in over a month and was missing parts to it! Also was not bathed or had any oral hygiene in over a month. Family member had a sore that becane excoriated due to.lack of hygiene and simple cleansing in this horrid facility. No one was ever in charge and no communication with the family ever occurred.

I had no problem with how things went, but I wasn’t staying there. Everybody was helpful in taking care, keeping her up with medicines, following doctor’s orders, and doing her rehab work. There were plenty of things there to do, but she just didn’t feel like doing it. The staff members at Beech Grove Meadows are great and a lot of them have been there for a really long time.
